4 (150g each) pkt Obento Ramen Noodles

2 eggs

2 tablespoons plain flour

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Baby Asian salad mix, to serve

4 beef patties, cooked, to serve

Sliced cucumber, to serve

Kewpie Mayonnaise, to serve

Method

Step 1Grease eight 9.5cm (base measurement) pie tins with oil.

Step 2Rinse Obento Ramen Noodles in cold water. Drain. Pat dry. Beat eggs and plain flour in a bowl. Season. Add noodles and toss to coat. Divide among prepared tins. Cover with plastic wrap. Stack tins on each other. Weigh down with cans. Place in fridge for 1 hour to firm.

Step 3Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook noodle ‘buns’, in batches, for 4 minutes each side or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towel.

Step 4Top 4 buns with baby Asian salad mix, a cooked beef pattie, cucumber and Kewpie Mayonnaise. Top with remaining buns.
