3 cups (420g) Coles Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
500g Coles Mum’s Sause Bolognese

Step 1Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
Step 2Meanwhile, heat a large greased frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour.
Step 3Stir in the vegetables and pasta sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, for 5 mins or until the mince is cooked and mixture is heated through. Season.
Step 4Divide the pasta among serving bowls. Top with mince mixture and basil leaves.
