Ingredient of Rosewater and lychee martinis

  • 425g tin lychees in syrup
  • 2 cups (500ml) vanilla vodka
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) rosewater
  • Crushed ice
  • Rose petals, to serve

    Drain the lychees and reserve the syrup. Place the vodka, lychee syrup, rosewater and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until well combined. Strain into serving glasses. Garnish with lychee and rose petals, if desired.
